Products description

Set of Fine Art Lithographs which were produced to commemorate Carl Barks 95th Birthday, on March 27th, 1996. The first piece features Mickey and Horace Horsecollar in a Stagecoach and the second shows Mickey, Minnie, Horace and Clarabelle Cow being held up outside their stagecoach.

These lithographs reproduce Carl Barks' first work that he submitted to the Disney Art Dept in 1935 as a sample of his drawing ability. These were the drawings that got Barks hired by Disney.

The second lithograph is hand signed by Carl Barks and measures 11" x 14" inches, and is printed on archival quality, acid-free paper. The lithograph is hand-numbered 37 out of a worldwide edition of just 120 pieces. This piece is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity issued by the Museum Of Cartoon Art.

Printed on Archival Paper. Both prints are housed in a special, gold seal envelope wrapped together with gold and black ribbons.
