Pierre Wininger (* September 8, 1950 in Saint-Mandé; † December 25, 2013 in Brest) was a French comic artist.

From 1976, Wininger created adventure stories about Victor Billetoux for the magazine Circus, which were reprinted in three albums by the publisher Glénat. This was followed in 1980 by the Nicéphore Vaucanson series for Okapi magazine. He drew comic versions of world literature for the youth magazine Je bouquine.
